Our Prayer Life

Each morning at 8:00 we meet as a student body to say a morning prayer, reflect on scripture, sing a prayer song, pray petitions, recognize birthdays, give any special announcements, recite our Mission Statement, and say the Pledge of Allegiance. By coming together once a day as a student community and sharing prayer, we all feel more connected spiritually and it’s a great way to start the day!

In honor of our Holy Mother, students pray a decade of the rosary each morning during the months dedicated to the Blessed Mother, in October and May.

St. Anthony students participate in Eucharistic Adoration on a regular basis throughout the school year.  They also celebrate special Eucharistic Children’s Holy Hour in October and in April, where the students pray for peace, mercy, and joy.

On Fridays during Lent students in grades three through eight participate in the Stations of the Cross.

During Advent, our students take time to reflect as they prepare and await the coming of Jesus Christ.
