Developing Gospel values, a commitment to service and strong academic skills.
Each morning at 8:05 we meet as a student body to say a morning prayer, reflect on scripture, sing a prayer song, pray petitions, recognize birthdays, give any special announcements, recite our Mission Statement, Mantra and say the Pledge of Allegiance. By coming together once a day as a student community and sharing prayer, we all feel more connected spiritually and it’s a great way to start the day!
St. Anthony students participate in Eucharistic Adoration on a regular basis throughout the school year. They also celebrate special Eucharistic Children’s Holy Hour in October and in April, where the students pray for peace, mercy, and joy.
On Fridays during Lent students in grades three through eight participate in the Stations of the Cross. One of the favorite days of the year is the celebratin of our Seder meal. Children dress in church clothes and are served a dinner family style while experience a teaching that incompasses the meaning of the Passover meal in connection to the Mass.
During Advent, our students take time to reflect as they prepare and await the coming of Jesus Christ.
